Ayami Takada 高田彩実
Ayami Takada was born in Japan in 1985. Before establishing ayami takada architects in 2019, she received her Degree in Architecture, Yokohama National University and her Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Tokyo. To learn architectural design know-how, she worked at Plasma Studio in London and at Nikken Sekkei and Akihisa Hirata Architecture Office in Tokyo.
She experienced classical, modern, creative ballet and street dance from the age of three. She has experience of performing at Carnegie Hall in New York and has exhibited at Milan Salone to spread Japanese culture all around the world in a new way. During studying under Ryue Nishizawa, Kou Kitayama and Manabu Chiba, she learned the living environment of all time and culture, from the design of furniture for a high fashion brand to the research of urban planning in UAE. In addition to designing living style, she has been in charge of designing urban redevelopment projects, dwelling spaces, installations and museums to make various works in design.
